These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to paktide.com and your relationship with Paktide (“Paktide,” “we,” “us”) regarding quotes and packaging services. By using the site or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

Services

Paktide provides custom packaging-related services as described in proposals, quotes, order confirmations, or other written agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines, quantities, and pricing are defined in those documents, which control if they conflict with general statements on this site.

Website use

You agree not to misuse the site (for example by attempting unauthorized access, scraping in a way that harms performance, or introducing malware). We may suspend or restrict access to protect the site or other users.

Intellectual property

Content on this site (text, design, logos, and other materials) is owned by Paktide or our licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy or reuse it except as allowed by law or with our written permission. Artwork and specifications you provide remain yours; work product we create for you is governed by your order or separate agreement.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in writing, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, except where such disclaimers are not allowed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Paktide will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or general marketing information. Our total liability for any claim related to the site (excluding paid services governed by a separate contract) is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us specifically for the matter giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the claim.

Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify Paktide against claims arising from content you submit, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules. For disputes not subject to arbitration or exclusive jurisdiction elsewhere in a signed agreement, you consent to the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
