You Get in Touch
Same business dayWhat happens
You fill in the quote form or send an email. A dedicated specialist — a real person who works on peptide and wellness packaging every day — contacts you the same business day. Not a ticket system. Not an automated reply. A direct conversation with someone who can actually help.
What you need
Nothing specific. Just a rough idea of your product, how it will be used and your rough timeline. You do not need artwork, exact quantities or a finished brief to have this first conversation.
We Build the Brief Together
1–2 business daysWhat happens
Your specialist works through a structured brief with you over a call or by email — whichever suits you. We cover product type (vial, sachet, pouch, tube), packaging format (shrink sleeve, secondary box, insert, label), quantity, finish preferences, timeline and artwork status. If you need multiple formats, one brief covers everything.
What you need
A clear idea of what your product looks like and how it will be used. Artwork if you have it — but you do not need print-ready files at this stage. We will tell you exactly what format we need and when we need it.
You Approve the Digital Proof
2–3 business daysWhat happens
Our production team produces a digital proof — a true-to-print representation of your packaging exactly as it will be produced. Every colour, font, copy placement and dimension is shown at production scale. You review it directly with your specialist, not through a generic feedback portal.
What you need
Time to review carefully. Check every word, colour and layout decision. If anything is not right, tell your specialist directly. We revise until every element is exactly as you want it.
Production Begins
7–10 business daysWhat happens
Proof approved — production begins. Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from the date of your written sign-off. That clock starts at sign-off, not at first contact. Rush timelines are available on request and your specialist will confirm what is achievable based on current production capacity when you brief.
What you need
Nothing from you at this stage. Your specialist will check in at key production milestones and flag anything that needs your attention before you need to ask for an update.
Delivery to Your Door
Tracked from dispatchWhat happens
Your order ships fully tracked. Your specialist sends tracking details directly and stays reachable until confirmed received. If anything arrives damaged or does not match what was approved, we deal with it immediately — no support tickets, no waiting for a case to be opened.
What you need
A delivery address and someone available to receive the order. For clinic or pharmacy deliveries, let your specialist know any access or receiving requirements in advance so we can ensure a clean handover.
Common Questions
Things buyers ask before they start.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Nothing technical. Just reach out and describe what you are trying to do. We will walk through artwork, quantities and timeline on the first call.
What is the minimum order quantity?
We work with brands and clinics across a range of volumes. Share your quantity in the quote form and your specialist will advise on what makes sense for your format and budget.
Can you help with design?
We can work with artwork-ready files or connect you with trusted design partners who understand packaging print requirements. Let us know where you are in the process — we will point you in the right direction.
How do rush orders work?
Rush production is available depending on current capacity. Mention your hard deadline in the quote form and your specialist will confirm what is achievable on the first call. Do not assume — ask early.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept print-ready PDFs and Adobe Illustrator (AI) files as a baseline. Your specialist will confirm exact requirements — bleed, resolution, colour profile — during the brief stage so nothing gets held up later.
What happens if I need changes after approving the proof?
Contact your specialist immediately. Changes after sign-off may affect your timeline depending on production stage. We will tell you exactly where things stand and what is still possible.
Can I order multiple packaging formats at once?
Yes — and many clients do. Shrink sleeves, secondary boxes and inserts are often ordered together. Your specialist coordinates everything from one brief so formats are consistent and timelines are aligned.
Do you work with international clients?
Reach out and let us know where you are based. We will confirm what is possible for your location and any shipping considerations during the first conversation.
