You Are Assigned a Dedicated Specialist

Same business day

What happens

When your quote request comes in, it is assigned to a dedicated packaging specialist who owns your project from that moment through to delivery. You receive a direct response from that specialist the same business day. Not a ticket confirmation. Not an automated reply. A direct message from a real person who will be your single point of contact for the entire project.

That specialist works in peptide and wellness packaging. They understand vial formats, tamper seals, shrink sleeve specifications and the clinical and brand standards your product needs to meet. They do not need to be briefed on your industry before they can help you.

What you need

Nothing technical. A rough description of your product, the format you think you need and your timeline is enough. You do not need artwork ready. You do not need a formal brief prepared. That comes next.

You will know your specialist's name and direct contact from the first reply onwards
No commitment is required to start the conversation
02

Your Specialist Builds the Brief With You

1–2 business days

What happens

Your specialist works through a structured brief with you by call or by email. They cover product type (vial, sachet, pouch, tube or blister), packaging format (shrink sleeve, secondary box, insert, label or pouch), print finish, quantity, timeline and artwork status.

If you have multiple SKUs or a full product range to brief, one conversation covers everything. Your specialist maps the full scope so nothing is missed and timelines are aligned across all formats in a single production run.

Your specialist also reviews your artwork at this stage. If it is not print-ready, they tell you exactly what needs to change and in what format we need it. They do not pass files with unresolved questions to production.

What you need

A clear description of your product and how it will be used. Artwork at any stage is fine at this point. If you do not have a designer, your specialist can connect you with packaging design partners who understand print specifications for wellness and pharmaceutical formats.

No print industry jargon required. Your specialist explains every requirement in plain language.
If your project involves multiple formats, your specialist coordinates the full scope in a single brief
03

Artwork Review and Digital Proof

2–4 business days

What happens

Our prepress team reviews your artwork for print accuracy including bleed, resolution, colour profile and copy placement. Your specialist reviews it alongside them and raises any issues with you directly before the proof is built. Problems are caught here, not discovered after production.

Once artwork is confirmed, we produce a digital proof. This is a true-to-print representation of your packaging exactly as it will be produced. Every colour, font, dimension and copy element is shown at production scale.

You review the proof directly with your specialist. If anything needs to change, you tell your specialist and they coordinate with the design and prepress teams. You do not submit a form. You do not email a generic inbox. You speak to the person who has owned your project since day one.

What you need

Time to review carefully and check every word, colour and layout decision. Your specialist will prompt you on what to look for so nothing is overlooked before sign-off.

Unlimited revision rounds. Nothing moves to production until every element is exactly right.
You confirm sign-off in writing before production begins. No exceptions.
04

Production

7–10 business days from sign-off

What happens

Production begins the moment you confirm written sign-off on the proof. Standard turnaround is 7 to 10 business days from that date. That is the date your sign-off is received, not the date you first contacted us.

Your specialist checks in with the production team and updates you at each milestone without you needing to ask. If anything changes on the production schedule, you are told before it becomes a problem for your own timeline.

Rush production is available. If you have a hard launch date or a clinic restocking deadline, raise it during the brief stage. Your specialist confirms what is achievable based on current capacity before you commit.

What you need

Nothing at this stage. Your specialist keeps you informed throughout. You can reach out to them directly at any point and receive a current status update, not a holding message.

The production clock starts from proof sign-off, not from first contact
Your specialist proactively updates you at production milestones. You do not need to chase us.

Shipping and Delivery

Tracked from dispatch

What happens

Your order ships with full carrier tracking. Your specialist sends you the tracking details directly and stays reachable until receipt is confirmed at your end.

Our shipping team works closely with your specialist to monitor the order in transit. If a delay occurs for any reason, your specialist notifies you in advance so you can adjust your production or fulfilment schedule before it creates a downstream problem for your business.

If anything arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof, your specialist handles it directly. You do not open a support ticket. You do not wait for a case to be reviewed. You contact your specialist and it is resolved the same day.

What you need

A confirmed delivery address and someone available to receive the order. For clinic or pharmacy deliveries, let your specialist know any access or receiving requirements in advance so we can arrange a clean handover.

Full tracking details sent directly by your specialist from the moment your order ships
Any delivery issue is handled by your specialist personally. No support queue involved.

Common Questions

Things buyers ask before they start.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Nothing technical. A rough description of your product and your timeline is enough. You do not need print-ready artwork or exact quantities to start the first conversation. Your specialist will tell you what they need and when they need it.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

We work across a range of volumes. Share your estimated quantity in the quote form and your specialist will confirm what makes sense for your format and budget on the first call.

Can you help if my artwork is not ready?

Yes. Your specialist reviews artwork at the brief stage and tells you exactly what needs to be prepared. If you do not have a designer, they can connect you with partners who understand packaging print specifications. You do not need to arrive with print-ready files.

How do rush orders work?

Rush production is available subject to current capacity. Raise your hard deadline during the brief and your specialist will confirm what is achievable before you commit. The earlier you raise a tight timeline, the more options we have.

What file formats do you accept?

Print-ready PDFs and Adobe Illustrator AI files are the standard baseline. Your specialist confirms the exact specifications for your format during the brief stage including bleed, resolution and colour profile requirements.

What happens if the proof needs changes after I have reviewed it?

You tell your specialist directly. They coordinate the revisions with our design and prepress teams. There is no limit on revision rounds. Nothing goes to production until you have confirmed sign-off in writing.

Can I order shrink sleeves, secondary boxes and inserts together?

Yes. Many clients order multiple formats in a single project. Your specialist covers all formats in one brief and coordinates production so everything arrives together and looks consistent across the full range.

What happens if something goes wrong after delivery?

Contact your specialist directly. If anything arrives damaged or does not match the approved proof, it is handled the same day. There is no support ticket process. Your specialist owns the issue and resolves it.
